Blizzard decided to take action against Visual Custom Kick

well, just to let you guys know, i have been using VCK since about june 8th, and im still not banned, i can assure you im using nothing but VCK, and a separate auto refresh. if it makes a difference, i only use the kick function, the player overview, speed start. as a side note: i cant get the host helper to work, and /vfromall doesn't seem to work for me. but im pretty sure VCK wont get you banned, and the people being banned aren't being honest but the programs they use.

I wasn't aware VCK was banned from battle net until yesterday. I've been using VCK + banlist for the past 2 weeks, haven't gotten banned so far. I have only used the autorefresh and speedstart function. However I'm not willing to take chances so I've stopped using it.

Hey I didn't get banned and I use VCK all of the time, I just don't use the show healthbar function because I think it gets you banned Lol.

im still not banned, while hosting with vck and wc3banlist (every day, a few games).
I could make a screenshot of my wc3banlist stats to show you how many games i played with wc3banlist on (with datum)

I dont check VCK forums often and i missed out of this. Got banned and deleted my account with over 1500 ladder wins. Cant blame anyone besides myself though really.

I actually only use it on custom games and close it out when i go to ladder. But i never restart the game so that could be the issue?

It depends on what features you were using. For example, the health bar shower is definitely detectable.

Do we know which aspects of VCK aren't detectable?  I would still like to use it for kicking, but i'm afraid of getting banned.

im using the kick feature, latency reducer, speedstart, automode and autorefresh. almost everything so to speak.
the ingame interface is also enabled

edit: i scarcely use automode anymore though, because -apso isnt included and i dont want to type -apso everytime i play with friends (without being host)
i still use it in warlock however, therefore we can include automode

Ive been using Banlist and VCK for about 2 weeks now after the post, no bans.

After hearing multiple users reporting that they have not been banned, I think it would be useful if users could report their experience after using VCK for two or more weeks (During the time that Warden was strictly enforced). Please report what features your are using.

I also have been using Banlist and VCK for some time (I think it is now about two weeks) and I have not been banned. I am trying to avoid using any features that modify the Warcraft III memory such as the GUI. I also join other people's games whenever I can (Though it's due to me being in a location where the internet speed causes a lot of lag in the games even though my pings are low).

Just for info: I've got de-banned after 30 days. But they didn't tell me which prorgrams are allowed or what was the concrete reason for my ban. So, ALL 3rd party progs are FORBIDDEN!
It's only a matter of time when YOU get banned 4 using LC, gHOst, VCK etc....

I'm willing to give a try of using VCK and see if the basic functions (CK, Auto Refresh) get you banned or not. I might try a couple others (Autostart and if I'm feeling daring, latency reducer).

Every 24 hours I'll update this post claiming my status and times used CK or other features. I have 2 spare RoC keys anyway s

Used every feature except healthbar showers.

I think the anti-hack scans for signs of memory altering, therefore VCK SHOULD be safe to use.

I didn't know any of this about VCK and Banlist without stopping, until now and i have been using them not too infrequently, with no problems and no ban. i use speedstart, autorefresh, latency reducer, and even healthbar tools, which even warns of a ban and it has never happened. i also use all the tools on Banlist and i have never had any problems, i think Blizzard may just be trying to blame their own problems on so called "Hackers".
